While signing the Book of Condolences at the Embassy of Spain in Harare, Prime Minister Tsvangirai described the late Ambassador as a loving person who was committed to peace and democracy.
Ambassador Fuertes died yesterday afternoon in Windhoek, Namibia.
She was the Ambassador of Spain to Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi.
