A one-stop urban city, with 18 floors of offices above four of mall, is a new concept for the capital. It provides a safe, secure and convenient shopping centre for all a company or employees’ needs, within the same building.
The 15,000 sq. m. of retail space has been let to anchor tenants such as Edgars and Spar with a good range of specialty shops like Samsung. The area is covered by CCTV and 24 security guards patrol the building 24/7, all in radio communication with the control room. The mall is already a destination in its own right.
Now the 12,000 sq. m. of office space are available for rent. Floors measure 836 and 582 sq. m. and a further two are 384 sq m. The building is finished to the highest standards, fully air-conditioned, three-compartment skirting trunking for power data and communications with power points already installed, 850 KVA of back-up generators, 24,000 litres of water storage and 1,200 TelOne pairs of lines available for tenants.

It was designed by Mwamuka Mecuri in association with Stauch Vorster, South African architects with over 1,000 buildings to their credit. Their antecedents are reflected in the design of the mall, which is similar to Cavendish Square in Cape Town and Rosebank, Johannesburg.
