No money for skilled staff
Qualified staff continue to snub the Mutare City Council owing to poor remuneration. The Acting Director of Health Services at the City of Mutare Municipality, Simon Mashavave, said although the council had achieved a lot in improving health delivery to its residents, the local authority had some challenges in hiring qualified staff to fill critical positions.
