Chinyama will play his last match for Dynamos when the Harare giants take on Angolan giants InterClube in a Caf Confederation Cup mini-league phase first leg qualifier at Rufaro stadium on Sunday.

The steely front-man was expected to fly back to Harare with his agents who will table Pirates’ offer to Dynamos on Thursday.

DeMbare coach Kalisto Pasuwa confirmed that Chinyama had passed the medical exam which had skepticism surrounding it considering the player’s medical history.

Chinyama returned to Zimbabwe at the beginning of the year after a nagging knee problem forced his Polish club to release him.

At Pirates he will be the only Zimbabwean at the Soweto giants and he will play alongside the likes of former South African golden boy Bennie McCarthy.

Another Dynamos player Denver Mukamba who had also travelled for trials in South Africa, failed to make the grade at Pretoria University but he secured another trial stint at Wits University.

Goalkeeper Washington Arubi will also play his last game for Dynamos at the weekend before he links up with his new team mates at Pretoria University.

Dynamos are expected to recoup funds that will be ploughed back into the purchase of replacements while juniors are also expected to be promoted into the senior team.
