Dzivarasekwa 1 Residents Update- 31 May 2012

Dzivarasekwa 1 – The Harare Residents’ Trust has continued to maintain a close relationship with its residents committees responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of community service providers, chief among them the City of Harare and ZESA as a way of profiling the struggles of the residents in interacting with these institutions.
