Uplands Residents' Update

RESIDENTS of Uplands in Waterfalls have expressed growing disgruntlement, over deteriorating service provision by the City of Harare and the Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA). This emerged during a Focus Group Discussion held in the area on Tuesday 5 June 2012.
