Chipangano is a renegade, unholy and ruthless, rag tag terror group which is owned and financed by some politicians in ZanuPF.We know these rogue politicians by their names and even their totems.When the time is ripe,we will expose the identity of these political waifs and soon,very soon, the long arm of the law will catch up with them.
We now call upon ZanuPF to immediately disband their terror group,Chipangano, so that peace and tranquility is promptly restored to Mbare and surrounding surburbs like Sunningdale and Waterfalls. As the MDC Harare Province, we renounce and denounce warlordism and as such, we hope and trust that ZanuPF will dismantle Chipangano so that Harare is not turned into another Mogadishu or Kabul.
We also call upon relevant security agencies such as the Zimbabwe Republic Police ( ZRP), to reign in Chipangano and ensure that this terror group does not become a law unto itself.''
