Elson Ncube, who resides in Mkoba 19, pleaded guilty to the four counts of fraud.
“I do not know what got into me,” he told presiding Magistrate, Mildred Mutuvi. For his remorse, the magistrate suspended six months for four years on condition of good behaviour. A further two months were also suspended on condition he pays restitution by September 30.
