
In an interview with The Zimbabwean, the group’s manager Marcus Gora said their album has been getting good reviews. The group is currently visiting family in Victoria Falls before doing a show in Harare next month. The group will then leave for South Africa where they perform on September 5, before making their debut performance at Intwasa in Bulawayo from September 18-22.
The youthful group plays with an electrifying blend of Afro-fusion and tantalizing traditional Tonga rhythms. Their name stems from the deep respect that the Tonga people have for the Zambezi River.
