The manager of Naubach Private Limited, Engineer Shongwe, confirmed the deal saying Tanjani, popularly known as Spiderman by his fans, would appeal to pupils to embrace e-learning.
“I am grateful to them for choosing me to promote their products. I go around schools promoting e-learning” said the Grade 7 pupil.
He has just released a new album, dedicated to all the ghetto youths in the world “who I know love dancehall music most”. “I dream of becoming a sought-after dancehall singer because music is my passion,” he said.
His mentor and well known dancehall artist George Tanjani, affectionately known as Jiggaz believes the new album by Spiderman will go places. “The youngster is the talk of the town especially in the ghetto where he commands a huge following, and I believe this album will take his musical career to a higher level,” he said.
Growing up in Harare’s Glen Norah A suburb, the young singer is inspired by everyday life and his claim to fame was when he curtain raised for the Jamaican superstar Mavado at the Harare International Conference Centre. He was nicknamed Spiderman by Mr Vegas, a popular Jamaican reggae/dancehall, when he staged a concert in Harare last year.
