Appearing before Gweru magistrate, Mildred Matuvi, Tendai Masango pleaded not guilty to the charges, arguing that he had gained entry into his friend’s house with the intention of using the laptop and returning it.
Matuvi, however, found him guilty to the charges and sentenced him to 16 months of which six month were suspended for four years on condition of good behavior.
