Charamba showed an interest in Biggie Tembo (Jr) when he began conducting live shows.
“Although I am not sure of his composition skills, I have seen him performing and I am convinced that he can take his father’s music further. The way he conducts his stage work is good,” said Charamba.
Speaking to The Zimbabwean, Tembo said he was humbled by Charamba’s concern and assured all his fans that there would be great performances to come.
Charamba has also done a lot to uplift the community in which he lives. He recently donated soccer uniforms to Masarakufa Secondary School to show his support for sport.
“As the old proverb says, charity begins at home. I discovered that I have to assist the community of Masarakufa where I attended school and grew up,” said Charamba.
To promote upcoming musicians, Charamba holds a number of workshops and also listens to an average of 10 demos per week in order to nurture raw talent. He has managed to identify potential artists such as Bishon Muguraguri who leads the Great Commission.
“My main aim is to assist society,” he said.
