Held at Faith Ministries Church in Mbare, the launch was graced by veteran guitarist and gospel music maestro Baba Mechanic Manyeruke as well as Kings Mumbi, a well-known Zambian gospel artist who performed songs such as Devil you are a noise maker, Am too big for you, Favour on me.
“Mbare is identified with all the wrongs people can think of, but there is a story about the community which has never been told. There are influential men and women who came from this community, in addition to great sportsmen and artists,” said Munatsi Sande, a pastor and the album’s Executive Producer.
“There is a new dawn and a new era where God is transforming Mbare for Christ through raising worshipers who are expressing their talents for the Glory of God,” he added.
