Details at hand are that Mangoma has been just arrested and is currently detained at Harare Central Police station’s CID section.
Minister Mangoma was early this year arrested on corruption charges relating to a botched US$5 million fuel deal.
He was later cleared of the allegations.
Mangoma, is a member of Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai’s MDC party in the coalition government.
