The production is entitled ‘Ngoma Afrika’. In an interview recently, Tawanda Gundhlanga said the song was Afro-pop and featured artists such as Clive Mono Mukundu, Willis Wataffi and Alexio Kawara.
“I love music and most of the guys are my friends,” said the ZBC presenter.
However, he added that he had not yet decided to pursue a musical career.
“I don’t think I am ready to take music seriously. I will continue with collaborations until I launch myself,” he stated.
The song is receiving rave reviews on the state broadcaster and was produced by veteran producer Mono Mukundu’s Monolio Studios. Gundlanga draws inspiration from Quincy Jones, Andrew Baird and Fortune Muparutsa.
