From Harare, Detective Assistant Inspector Henry Sostein Dowa and his lieutenants only identified as Mhuriro and Nyambuwa drove the three CSU senior employees, Fidelis Mudimu, Zachariah Godi, and Tafadzwa Geza to Kwekwe Central Police Station, where they handed them into the custody of Detective Sergeant Ngondo and other police officers from Bulawayo Central Police Station’s Law and Order Section including a certain Nyanhete. The detectives from Bulawayo immediately handcuffed Mudimu, Godi and Geza, who all along were not shackled.
The police officers from Bulawayo drove in an unmarked Mitsubishi L200 vehicle with registration number ABI 3608 with number plates only pinned at the back of the truck and detained the three CSU employees at Bulawayo Central Police Station, where they will spend their third night in custody.
Mudimu, Godi and Geza were arrested on 5 November 2012 together with James Zidzimu and Penn Bruno after the police raided the CSU offices in search of “offensive and subversive material” from the organisation’s offices in Harare. Zidzimu and Bruno were later released on Monday evening.
