According to Minister of State in the PM’s Office, Jameson Timba, Tamborinyoka is now able to speak although he is still in the intensive care unit.
“Luke is improving significantly everyday and he can now speak although he is still in the ICU,” Timba told The Zimbabwean in a telephone interview on Thursday.
But Timba said doctors were yet to speak when Tamborinyoka would be discharged.
“He is getting there slowly, but it will take time and doctors are yet to tell us when he shall be discharged from hospital,” added Timba.
Tamborinyoka was involved in a near fatal car accident a fortnight ago together with his brothers when he was driving to his rural home in Domboshava.
