He said if properly marketed, the robot-like glittering suit was likely to be a major draw-card for foreign visitors at a time when Zimbabwe is earmarked to co-host the United Nation World Tourism general assembly with Zambia next year.
“I am expecting to launch the suit after a vigorous marketing exercise. I would like to make my nation proud, especially as we will be co-hosting the UNWTO general assembly. I believe my suit will become a major attraction,” said Mukumba (27).
The idea came from weird visions he occasionally experienced. “I kept receiving visions instructing me to design an outfit which looks like a glittering robot. In the visions I saw the image of the outfit approaching me and was startled to see a human inside before I woke up,” he said.
