The former Air Zim Jets, who also starred for South Africa’s Jomo Cosmos and European clubs, AJ Auxerre, Portsmouth and Manchester City, recently told The Zimbabwean that his decision came after his apparent failure to find a suitable club to join after he left the UK last year.
“I was on trial with Supersport United for few weeks, hoping that I would be signed but we could not reach an agreement and I had to leave,” he said.
Apparently, his desire to find another South African PSL club has so far drawn a blank and he now wants to forget about it.
