The project is a mixture of various music genres such as urban grooves, house, hip hop and dancehall. Some notable names featuring on the album are Harare urban grooves heavyweights Stunner, Sanii Makhalima, Victor D, Azania and Mutare’s shining armour Juicer Mpostori.
Upcoming acts from the eastern border city such as house songbird Monica, rapper Kritic Igwee and Treppa, dancehall chanters I-Finton and Tonny D, Nzaa and Dylan will also get exposure from the project.
Simba G said the album would carry short interviews from each artist. “It will definitely appeal to people of different music tastes. I’m trying to expose everyone (upcoming artists) to get on the map,” he said.
