
Already enjoying widespread airplay, their music mainly focuses on social issues and unity and is successfully instilling a strong level of pride and inspiration among Zimbabwean youths.
The six-tracked album features songs like gospel hit Thuma mina, Umuntu omdala uyavalelisa, Uzenzile, Abafazi bethu and Udubo.
Ndoda told The Zimbabwean that his passion for music originated from a simple gallon guitar known as an ibhanjo, which he made to sing and entertain the other boys while herding the cattle in the fields.
“I am happy to be playing a role of uniting societies through my talent. We need our country to unite for better and through our music we will achieve our goal,” said Madalaboy, whose original name is Honest Kamanga.
Since he came to South Africa in 1996, Ndoda has released 14 albums. His much revered Sibuyile (I have arrived) sold over 12,000 copies within a week of its release in 2009.
