The paper by RAU on aspects of the draft/ new ? Constitution made enlightening reading! However this brings me to my pet area of concern. How feasible is it for the general population of any normal country to be conversant with their constitution ? I shudder to think that this shall remain the preserve of a select learned few ? What a profound responsibility it places on the political leadership of any nation !
