Police are investigating after a student was hurt when a portable toilet was turned upside down while he was using it in Poland.
Kondrat Jaworski, 23, had sat down in the loo after several beers during an end of exam celebration in Krakow when pranksters struck.
Police are now studying mobile phone images of the incident that left the engineering student with a cut head and covered in waste matter from the toilet bowl.
He said: “It may have been a laugh for those involved but it was no joke, I landed on my head and then got covered in a foul smelling chemical liquid.
“Even the toilet seat fell on my head. I then had to try and pull my trousers up in the dark and find the door lock.”
Police say the young men involved will be prosecuted for vandalism and assault.
Human snail carries house on back
A Chinese man has turned himself into a human snail by creating a house he can carry on his back.
Liu Lingchao, 38, from Liuzhou, Guangxi Province, carries his home every day as he moves from place to place. “I can go anywhere I want to go. It’s an easy decision when I want to move on,” he said.
His simple but ingenious portable home consists of plastic sheets attached to a light bamboo frame. “This is the third portable house I’ve made. They only weigh about 60kg and last for about a year.”
Along the way, Liu supports himself by collecting and selling recyclable beverage bottles. “I feel free, I can go wherever I want to go, and I live on my own,” he said.
Playful pooch tackles bride to the ground
A video of a bride in a wedding dress being chased down and tackled to the ground by an over enthusiastic dog is going viral.
More than 320,000 have watched the clip of the bride, named only as Morgan, making her way across a garden.
A girl’s voice can be heard saying: “Here’s Morgan coming back from showing her gran her wedding dress. “Daddy, Don’t let Tess out! DADDY, DON’T LET TESS OUT! NO!!”
But the warning comes too late and the playful pooch bounds across the lawn at top speed, chasing a fleeing Morgan before knocking her to the ground.
Fortunately, the bride seems to see the funny side of the incident and can be heard bursting into giggles as the dog is pulled off her.
Angry football fan threw false teeth
An Argentinian football fan found a unique way of expressing his displeasure at his team’s performance.
The Argentinos Juniors supporter threw his false teeth at manager Ricardo Caruso Lombardi after a fifth straight defeat, reports The Mirror.
The supporter, whose identity is unknown, was watching his team lose at home to Belgrano, slumping dangerously close to the relegation zone.
Unrest had begun to grow in the crowd after Martin Zapata’s strike had given Belgrano a 3-1 second-half lead in the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
When the camera panned to manager Caruso Lombardi though, the director spotted something on the grass and zoomed in on the dentures.
