Nyawo recently released his seven-track album entitled “Zvinorema kuna Ishe”. The album is rich in lyrical content and well-arranged instrumentation.
Following in the footprints of the once dominant sungura outfit, the album is laced with a fast beat similar to that of the Somanje brothers. Backed by the Chimbichehorwe Express, a four-man band, Nyawo’s album is already being featured on the local airwaves.
“Kana Mutoro Warema” is one of the outstanding tracks on the album. The musician said the song encouraged people to submit all their trials and tribulations to the Most High.
“Let’s promote peace in families and think as one,” he said. Nyawo was backed by Admire Zhuwao on the lead and sub-rhythm guitar, Patrick Jiverson on the bass guitar and Naison Black on the drums.
