Baba Jukwa splits security forces

“Super spy” Baba Jukwa’s continued presence on social networking sites has thrown the country’s security forces into turmoil.

Jukwa, whose identity remains a mystery, has made waves on Facebook with his startling revelations of confidential Zanu (PF) and security forces internal information. “Life is no longer the same since he came along because all our movements are now being traced,” said a junior member of the CIO. “The bosses are afraid that Baba Jukwa is destroying Zanu (PF) and giving an advantage to the MDC.”

While the general belief is that Baba Jukwa cannot be a junior member of Mugabe’s spy agency, the security chiefs believe he gets some of his information from members of the junior ranks, long believed to be against Zanu (PF).

“A number of political campaigns carried out in police camps on behalf of Zanu (PF) have been exposed on Baba Jukwa’s page and this has made our bosses furious, as they believe we are the ones feeding him,” said a junior policeman.

However, the officers do not want Baba Jukwa to be found, as they believe he will be their “saviour”.

“We are all tired of Mugabe and Zanu (PF) and Baba Jukwa must get all the inside information that will help Zimbabweans counter Zanu (PF) terrorism.”

Jukwa’s blizzard of posts has received international attention, with the British Broadcasting Corporation now following him.

He acknowledges the hornet’s nest he has stirred within the security forces but told the CIO he would not stop his expose.

“I don’t think there is any reason for me to stop, if to your own admission that my messages to the people of Zimbabwe are spot on,” said Baba Jukwa.

“Why should the people of Zimbabwe be denied the truth? The truth is the only thing that will set our country free. There will be no chaos if the people are no longer being killed. If people are allowed to choose their leaders freely, I will truly close the page. At present, I am not persuaded to even entertain any retreat until our party starts to respect humanity.”
