Boniface Tagwireyi: The Zimbabwe i want is one which treats its citizens as equals and does not discriminate on racial, tribal, gender or regional basis. Every effort should be directed towards narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor through fair distribution of natural resources. Zimbabwe must be home to everyone willing to settle in the country irrespective of his/her country of origin.

“A Zimbabwe with equal opportunities for jobs and

Kenneth Jack: I want a Zimbabwe which makes education, medical facilities and employment accessible to its citizens. People’s freedoms of choice, association, expression among others must be protected. State institutions must indiscriminately serve interests of the people. Government policies must be people driven.

Admire Takawira: The Zimbabwe i envision is one which produces and provides basic needs and other necessities to its citizens. Welfare of the marginalized should be the responsibility of the state. People’s rights must be guaranteed and protected as provided for by the constitution. No one should be above the law.

Stella Ngwena: The Zimbabwe i want is one which protects the vulnerable such as women, children, the elderly, people living with disabilities, orphans among others. People should be politically tolerant and have the privilege to make free political choices and expressions without undue restrictions from the state. Given Zimbabwe’s historical gender imbalances, women should be given 50-50 opportunities with men to further their interests in political, economic and social activities of the country.

Diamond Tenifara: I want a Zimbabwe which tolerates diversified views and beliefs of its people. There must be no space for political coercion and national leadership should realize that Zimbabwe is here to stay but leadership comes and go. The Zimbabwe i envision should be economically vibrant and be able to provide for its people. Property rights should be respected and government must formulate investor friendly policies to create employment.
