With a capacity of 140 guests, the cruise liner will cater for both leisure and corporate functions where the entire craft, or part of it, may be hired. Zambezi Explorer chief executive, Messias Maoneni, said the project would transform the cruising sector.
“We have invested $1,2 million in this project which we believe is going to bring the cruising sector in line with international standards. We are looking at local, regional and international clients. It took us a period of about five years to make our dream a reality,” said Maoneni.
The three decked cruise liner will provide a five star luxury service where guests can choose from a wide range of beverages and cocktails as well as a selection of snacks. The third deck has a private bar where gourmet hors d’oeuvres and premium beverages will be served.
