Big Brother takes new twist

Big Brother Africa has taken a new dramatic twist following the addition of six fake housemates from the Emerald house joined the Rubies and Diamond house contestants in The Chase.

The fake housemates are tasked to cause as much drama as possible by confusing the remaining constants in their bid to chase for the $300 000 cash prize.

They were first introduced to the other housemates during the BBA weekend party a fortnight ago, which left many housemates armed with more questions than answers.

Since the beginning of The Chase, speculation was rife among the Ruby and Diamond house over the existence of Emerald though no one had detailed information.

Coming from Emerald house is Sophie from Uganda, Musi from South Africa, Kenyan's Alusa, Eveva from Zambia and Zimbabwe's very own Jay Jay.

According to BBA presenter IK, these housemates are not vying for the prize money and only in to add a dramatic twist to the BBA show.

"The additional six housemates from the Emerald house will be removed soon. Their job is to confuse the Ruby's and Diamond housemates and not competing for the grand prize money," said IK.
