8.36 Voting started at 7 am sharp at Unit J shops in Zengeza West constituency. People were in the queue as early as 5 am. There was a long winding queue by 7am. Around 7:10 am, voting was briefly stopped for a few minutes as the polling officers adjusted lighting settings because it was dark in the tent and voters were expressing concern that they could not see.

It can be a free vote yes. Questions follow the voting: WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BALLOTS AFTER THE POLL? WHERE DO THEY GO? WHO MONITORS THEIR TRANSIT TO THE COUNTING CENTERS? & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE THEY ARE COUNTED? insist on observers from the point the polling stations are closed to the day of counting. They must be present throughout the process.
Te boxes are kept somewhere. Remember if there are complains these boxes are checked again. No-one can interfere with them until after the time for objections expires.
