The two musicians said there was no bad blood between them and they would continue to work together in preaching the word of God.
“There has been speculation that there is feud between us which is not true at all,” said Shumba.
The speculation came after Shumba’s band members, the two brothers, Laiton and Brian Ngolombi, and Bethen Pasinawako left to play for Mhere.
“We discussed this issue and decided that they should work with Mhere who is in Harare since they are also Harare-based artists,” said Shumba.
“We are brothers and we will work together very soon we will work on a collaboration,” said Mhere.
