My Best Team
I have two – Manchester United and Orlando Pirates, who play entertaining football and command a huge following. Both clubs always have great players who keep their great tradition.
My Best World Player
That Barcelona and Argentine forward, Lionel Messi, who is out of this world and has played so many fascinating games, breaking records every season, including being crowned the world’s best player four times in a row.
My Best Ever
Zimbabwean Player
There are three players who share this accolade. Two are former Highlanders greats, Peter Ndlovu and Tito Paketh and the now late former Dynamos midfielder, Archiford Chimtanda. Many fans filled the stadiums just to watch them.
My Best Strike Partner
The now late Adam Ndlovu. We had an enjoyable combination and knew each other’s strengths and weaknesses and that made us succeed together. We were not just teammates, but brothers as well and shared everything about life.
My Best Stadium
Barbourfields Stadium because I enjoyed the support we always got from our followers, especially those who sat at the famous Soweto stand.
My Best Coach
Ali “Baba” Dube, Bosso’s former juniors coach who had an eye for success and groomed most of the youth that later made it big in football. He gave me a lifetime opportunity and his fatherly advice worked tremendously for me. Roy Barreto was also a great motivator and tactician who achieved success in local football.
My Best Bosso 11
Peter Nkomo, Fanuel Ncube, Alexander Maseko, Willard Khumalo, Mercedes Sibanda, Makheyi Nyathi, Rahman Gumbo,Lazurus Mwambombo, Amin Soma, Makwinji Soma. Nkululeko Dlodlo subs Madinda Ndlovu, Adam Ndlovu, Cleopas Dlodlo, Titus Majola, Tany Banda, Boy Ndlovu, coached by Roy Barreto.
