They thought I might bribe them not to issue me with a traffic fine. But after refusing to give them a bribe they issue me with an $85 ticket. I took it to their boss, named Nhundu, and explain to him but to no avail.
I think the municipality must come up with a proper way of raising funds without robbing motorists. Shame on Nhundu and his team – you are a disgrace.
