According to the state case, Bwanali led a group of party youths aboard two commuter omnibuses and descended on MDC-T Mashonaland East Provincial Headquarters, where they violently shook the main gate ordering immediate closure of the offices.
The youths were on their way to a star rally which was addressed by President Robert Mugabe at Rudhaka Stadium on July 15.
The complainant, Wellington Makonese who is MDC-T provincial security officer, identified Bwanali as the gang leader who was leading his party's youths from surrounding farms.
Magistrate, Josephine Sande, concurred with public prosecutor Godfrey Makwaya, that a warrant of arrest be issued against Bwanali for failing to present himself before the courts.
Police have since started hunting down the suspect who lives in Kuwe Extension, Rujeko, Marondera.
