Tjale told The Zimbabwean: “This will not be a new journey for me as I have toured the neighbouring country before with the Splash, but this time I will be there as a solo artist.
“I will be promoting my second album, Bathokwa, which is two months old.”
Tjale will be performing alongside Patricia Majalisa, Slindile Mthiyane, Thabile Mazolwane and Ludwe Maki.
“Zimbabweans love Majalisa and we believe we will give them an early Christmas present,” added Tjale. “It is a great thing for our music to get exposure in the neighbouring country. Fans love our music.
“The tour comes at the right time, as our music is at its peak. People call my music pop and disco, but back home they call it bubble gum.
“My mission is to bring back the old memories and strengthen our music relationship with Zimbabwe,” he said.Post published in: Entertainment
