The three, Last Maingehama, Yvonne Musarurwa and Tungamirai Madzokere were granted $500 bail each and ordered to report to the police three times a week.
They were arrested together with 26 other activists.
Although their co-accused, who included the MDC-T youth Assembly President, Solomon Madzore, were granted bail in November 2012 and September last year, the three remained behind bars after Bhunu ruled that they were a flight risk.
The arrest of the MDC-T activists came after police responded to a report of disturbances in Glen View.
The incident resulted in skirmishes which claimed the life of Inspector Petros Mutedza after which the MDC-T activists were arrested.
Their defence team claimed in court that the MDC-T activists were subjected to torture and inhuman treatment.
