Three by-elections are scheduled for January 25 in Harare Ward 12, Zaka Rural District Council’s Ward 32 and Ward 10 in Karoi following the death of indumbents. “It is public knowledge that we are yet to receive the voters’ roll, and agreed reforms were not implemented,” Mwonzora said. The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission has invited applications from individuals and organisations interested in observing the by-elections.
