“I’m back training with the team after a few weeks out due to the injury. I’m feeling better now and the doctor told me that I’m ready to play again,” he said. “I know I have to fight for my position in the team, but as a professional and experienced striker, that should not be difficult.”
Amidu who was once in the books of Kaizer Chiefs a few seasons ago, said his mission was still that of seeing Leopards return to the PSL next season.
“If I can achieve that, I will be satisfied and happy to continue playing for them because I am enjoying it here.”
