When involved in international soccer competitions, Zimbabwe should not take chances but call players based abroad for the assignments. Zimbabwean talent is abundant in Europe but one would wonder why the players are not called up for national duty.

We have star goalkeepers in Australia and other soccer magicians in Ireland to name but a few countries. Though we lost to Tanzania, the warriors are headed for success. All that is lacking is a visionary technical department since the current one led by Ian Gorowa looks suspect.
