Tsvangirai resumed work at the party headquarters yesterday after a two week break due to illness.
Mwonzora said: “The president is back at work and carrying out his usual party business at the office.”
Mwonzora said the schedule for party rallies to be addressed by Tsvangirai would be made publicly accordingly.
During his first day at the office, Tsvangirai met with various party organs to get updates on the latest developments, said Mwonzora.
He was admitted at the Avondale Trauma Centre for an undisclosed illness.
Mugabe’s bitter rival, Tsvangirai, recently missed two major party rallies in Glen View and Zimbabwe Grounds, raising speculations among party supporters and the general public that his health was taking a plunge.
