31 July must be a solemn day of remembrance to never again allow rigged elections

Today Mugabe and Zanu PF are celebrating marking the day, a year ago, they rigged the elections. This nation owes it to itself and posterity to thoroughly investigate how the elections were rigged and punished those responsible.
