Looking for family

Eslina Mabhena has been in abandoned in a hospital in Pretoria since 2012. The South African Department of Social Work has appealed to The Zimbabwean to help find anybody who knows her. They have been told that Dick Makumbe, who works for the Zimbabwe National Army at Llewellyn Barracks in Bulawayo might know her.
