Strictly Come Dancing for Africa

London - On Friday 18 September Zimwomen Association in partnership with Majestic is putting on a spectacular event at Northampton's Royal & Derngate theatre.

strictly-dancingStrictly Come Dancing for Africa is a unique event featuring a dance competition of Latin and contemporary dance fused with African moves. You will be transported to Africa where you will become mesmerised by a variety of African performances including vibrant dancing, singing, drumming and music.
This fundraising event is centered around the Ekhaya Skills Centre Project, a community outreach programme which is geared towards providing young people in remote villages in Zimbabwe and other African countries with a skills exchange program in collaboration with students from The University of Northampton. The project will assist underprivileged youths, enabling them to transform and re-build a better future for themselves and their community.
