MashMo shines at Megafest Awards

Fast growing Midlands based land developer, MashMo Land Investment Private Limited company, shone like a beacon during the Megafest 2018 best entrepreneur Awards ceremony in Gweru last Thursday after its director, Robson Vunganai scooped an award.

The company senior official Robson Vunganai emerged first runner-up in the Outstanding Entrepreneur in Land Developer.

Mr Vunganai was honoured for his entrepreneurial perseverance and administrative skills which have seen MashMo winning the heart of a financial institution, the National Building Society (NBS). The
‘healthy’ Mortgage partnership has since afforded MashMo spreading wings to Zvishavane, where it is set to construct nearly 200 low cost housing units.

The granting of financial support by NBS, which is a culmination of perpetual investments beyond the construction corporate, fulfils MashMo’s long cherished aspiration of becoming a fully-fledged land developer, committed to the delivery of quality, decent and affordable housing superstructures and infrastructure at World Class Standards to every Zimbabwean.

Speaking during the awards dinner, Mr Vunganai said the awards came at a time when MashMo is pushing its brand to greater heights. “It’s quite encouraging to recognize that the community is realising our efforts. It is just the beginning of our journey. I appreciate the whole MashMo team for the hard work they exhibit in the face of challenges.  I believe the award means we are working hard and people can now realise that MashMo is changing and is a profit-making business just like other companies.

The Company’s administrator, Christine Maodzeka equally shared the same sentiments saying she feels honoured to have been given the prestigious award. “I am far more impressed by the award. As MashMo we feel very honoured to have bagged the award. I am happy that the efforts we I put in my job as the department is being recognised at provincial. It is quite encouraging to be among the successful business people.” said Maodzeka.
