So who is right, if right is the appropriate word, the one who unilaterally creates a regional price difference of 280% and calls disturbances against this increase regime change agenda and those African rulers who support that position and the suffering Zimbabweans who are murdered and oppressed/harassed for demonstrating their displeasure?
