Dynamos lose court bid
THE High Court last week dismissed with costs claims by the Dynamos board of directors that the club's property in Waterfalls was fraudulently sold in a deal involving the club's former chairman, Phillip Mugadza, and a city property firm.
High Court judge Justice Samuel Kudya threw out an application by Dynamos board of Trustees chairman Richard Chiminya, to have the sale of the club's land in Waterfalls nullified.
