In our new constitution I suggest the following should refrain from politics- army, police (all law enforcement agents)- and therefore should not vote. The constitution should ensure non domination of other provinces/ districts by any tribes. Immigration, ZIMRA, Police, Home Affairs, Health, Local government are cases in point. -Anonymous
