They join Pool A winners Morocco, while the remaining two teams to compete in November are yet to be decided: the winner of Pool B and the best runner-up from across the three regional groups.
Pool B will be contested in Windhoek, Namibia featuring Namibia, Kenya, Cameroon and Uganda. In the other match in Pool C in Bulawayo, Zambia beat Botswana 27-14.
