Gwanda - At a leadership Forum held at the Gwanda Agenda Offices yesterday, leaders concurred that there is a great need to have an election before the constitution is ready.
The leaders said that there is a need for a clear responsible authority that will oversee the constitution making process. They said that can only be achieved if there is a responsible government. They claimed that the confusion shrouding COPAC at the moment is because of the lack of a clear responsible authority.
