The Daily Agenda

bulawayo_agendaBulawayo Bulawayo mayor, Councilor Thaba Moyo has lambasted companies that close shop in the city only to resurface in Harare citing operational constraints, especially water provision.

He said companies that use water as their primary raw material have survived in the city while companies that do not use the precious liquid as a primary input have left.

We are grateful to companies like Delta, whose main raw material is water, who have not abandoned Bulawayo in its hour of need, said Clr Moyo.

Meanwhile, Bulawayo is co exhibiting with Ethekwini Municipality (Durban City) at the ZITF, under the theme Bulawayo Durban: City Sisters in Synergy. This is a follow up to the cities twinning arrangements that they signed last month.
