We felt honoured when touting was declared unlawful but now all ranks in Harare are inundated with these thugs. The government and the Harare city council must reign in these touts and come up with a viable and lasting solution to the problem. Commuter omnibus fares have been hiked for no good reason, leaving people stranded. Apply the law to protect the people please. – Obvious Benhura, Chikomba East
